All sales at Smoke Smart are considered final. Due to the nature of our products—including tobacco accessories, glassware, vape devices, and consumable goods—we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used items. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our inventory.

We will, however, gladly replace or refund an item if it arrives defective or damaged. To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within seven (7) days of purchase and provide proof of purchase, along with the defective item in its original packaging. Once inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Smoke Smart reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer. Products without valid proof of purchase may not qualify for replacement or refund.
