All Sales Final – No Refunds

All sales at Smoke Smart are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by law.

Due to the nature of our products—including tobacco accessories, glassware, vape devices, and consumable goods—we do not accept returns or issue refunds, whether items are opened or unopened.

Defective or Damaged Items (Exchange Only)

If an item is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange for the same item (or a similar item of equal value if the original is unavailable). No refunds will be issued.

To qualify for an exchange:

• You must notify us within seven (7) days of purchase.

• You must provide proof of purchase.

• The defective item must be brought back in its original packaging.

Once inspected and approved, an exchange will be provided at our discretion. If the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer, it will not qualify for exchange.

Products without valid proof of purchase may not qualify for any resolution.
